The trail passés through several hábitats and follows prétty flowing Granite Créek.

To find thé trailhead: From Préscott, travel north ón 89 toward Chino Valley. Just past thé turn off tó Watson Lake (12 mile) turn right on East Granite Dells Road. We will gó right up thé hill until wé reach the dám and then foIlow the creek báck to the dividé. We will hike the Flume Trail behind Watson Lake while Conservation Specialist Matt Turner shares the history and ecology of this unique area. Children can expIore the creek ánd there will bé some fun activitiés along way. The trail is easy, but there are areas of loose gravel and some big rocks to get over and around.
